There are two basic models to Corporate/Group Training:
ET&C provides all of the resources, assessments and quality assurance in addition to providing a designated tutor(s) for full course delivery of a qualification within your organisation.
Training programmes are tailored to fit around your business needs and can be delivered on a regular schedule (e.g. over a specific time period, as applicable to the course requirements – 1 day a week etc.), or on a fast-track intensive basis (e.g. intensive delivery at specific times with participants given learning activities to complete between sessions – 1 session a month).
ET&C provides learning materials and online support that will enable your staff to undertake their studies at a pace that is convenient to them. This can be done outside of the working day minimising the impact on your organisation.
You will have a designated point of contact to provide an overview of your staff’s progress throughout the courses being taken, and we will tailor a package to enable multiple staff to take different qualifications.
